Meet your team

At Keller, when you enroll as an online student you expand your network of support. While you may be pursuing your online education at home, Keller faculty and staff are committed to your success. As you progress in your program, these individuals are there to provide you with any guidance you might need. Online students also have a variety of resources available both in-person and on the web:

  • Student services are available from 7 AM to midnight (CST) to answer your basic questions about the resources available to you and how to access them.
  • Academic Advisors are available via phone and email from 7 AM until 9 PM (CST) to help you navigate your academic career. They will work with you to develop a plan of study, assist you in selecting your online classes, act as a resource and advocate for you, and more.
  • The Student Technical Help Desk has support available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you in accessing the online learning platform and course technologies such as iLab and eBooks.
  • The Student Finance Team is available to help students in selecting a financing option and developing a financial plan that suits the individual's needs. They can provide assistance in understanding federal and private loans, active military and veterans' benefits, employer tuition reimbursement and scholarships and grants for qualifying students.
